Automated warehouse system based on stacker crane with telescopic load handling device

The stacker crane is a key element of an automated pallet storage system. It is used in warehouses where high throughput is required and is designed to store a maximum of 2 pallets deep.

Due to the wide range of load handling devices the stacker crane can handle different types of wooded, plastic and steel.

The stacker crane travels on a rail that is fixed to the floor of the building and is held upright by means of a rail that is fixed at the top of the racking structure.

The high-quality control system and stable design of the stacker crane makes it possible to achieve optimal travel speed and maximum operational safety. The sectional mast design minimizes building requirements during installation. The control system including service module minimizes downtime and emergencies during operation.

Automated warehouse system based on stacker crane with shuttle as a load handling device

This type of system is used in channel warehouses with a depth of up to 50 pallets. This system can work with euro and industrial pallets.

The stacker crane travels on a rail that is fixed to the floor of the building and is held in a vertical position by a rail that is fixed at the top of the racking structure. During movement, the stacker crane transports the shuttle, which performs loading/unloading operations of the racking system.

The quality control system and stable design of the stacker crane allows for optimal travel speed and maximum operational safety. The sectional mast design minimizes building requirements during installation. Shuttles equipped with a power supply system based on SuperCap technology allows you to work in NonStop mode, without time spent on battery charging.
